Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price may be charged to your account. Sometimes unexpected problems happen, so please reach out to me and an exception may be made. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
No Show Policy:
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment greatly impacts me and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
